A:All our UGG boots are made in Australia; this is where all genuine UGG boots are now made.

2.Q:Can I wear my boots in the rain or snow?
A:Sheepskin is naturally water resistant, and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it.For more complete protection,we recommend treating products with a Stain and Water Repellent.Boots/shoes with full grain leather uppers are waterproof,but it is still recommended that they be treated.

3.Q:Are Ugg boots meant strictly for use during the winter?
A:No.In warmer weather,the soft fibers act as a natural air conditioner,keeping your feet cool and comfortable.

4.Q:Are UGG boots breathable?
A:Yes.The fleece foot bed wicks away moisture and allows air to circulate, keeping your feet dry.

5.Q:How do I know if I have the right size?
A:UGG Footwear should be snug,but not uncomfortable.They will give a little small as they mold to your foot,resulting in a comfortable fit.

6.Q:Do I need to weatherproof my Ugg boots?
A:Since UGG footwear is made of sheepskin and leather,they are naturally resistant to small amounts of water.We do recommend waterproofing them if you intend on wearing them in heavy snowfall or rain.

7.Q:My boots are making my feet turn black.Is this a defect?
A:No.Slight dye transfer may occur with darker-colored sheepskin during first few wears.

8.Q:Should I Wear Socks With UGG Boots?
A:It may sound strange but no! To benefit from the thermostatic properties of sheepskin, UGG Boots should be worn barefoot.This will enable the boots to regulate your body temperature (so that your feet are kept snug and warm in winter and cool in the summer). This will also enable the air to circulate freely moisture to be whicked away.

9.Q:Are all your items in stock?
A:Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.

A:We only sell the original Ugg boots. Don't worry about the quality. We have lots of customers from all over the world.They are very satisfied with our Ugg boots.

11.Q:Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my credit card information to you over the Internet?

12.Q:What is your refund/returns policy?
A:We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers.If you receive damaged boots we will gladly provide replacement for you, upon receiving proof of damage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.(You can upload a photo of the damage via our email, please contact us before you return items and we will email to you our return address.)

13.Q:How long will it take to process my return?
A:We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible.On all returns and exchanges, processing may take up to 15days.
